Catch the delays, before they catch you.
You can request permanent deletion of your CommuterPal account and associated personal data by contacting Forty Foot Designs, LLC.
Do not send your password or payment card information. We will verify that you own the account before processing the request. If you cannot access your account email, explain this in your request so support can help verify ownership.
The Close account option in My Account deactivates your account and removes credit card data. It does not permanently delete all account data. To request permanent deletion, contact support using the steps above.
Your request covers your account profile and sign-in information, Personal Notes, saved flight watches and preferences, and associated device registrations used to deliver notifications. Deleting your account removes access to the service and your saved Personal Notes.
We complete account deletion within 30 days after verifying account ownership. Processing your deletion request also stops subscription billing.
We permanently retain a minimal trial-eligibility record associated with your email address, recording that you have used a free trial and its flight and load query allowances. This record is used to prevent repeated free trials. Each email address is eligible for only one 30-day free trial, subject to query limits; deleting an account does not restore trial eligibility or reset those limits.
This trial-eligibility record does not require retaining your Personal Notes, saved flight watches, or full account profile.
See our Privacy Policy for more information about how CommuterPal handles personal information.
